A static, public-facing page on the Sales Website that presents Meander's full capability set organized by functional area (the canonical area taxonomy from section 8 of the source doc). Groups features by area with brief descriptions, indicates always-on vs. togglable modules, and notes phase availability to support longer sales conversations with technically involved decision-makers.

- Meet WCAG 2.2 AA compliance requirements throughout as a public-facing page
